2023 Vintage: This wine exhibits many of the fine qualities which have defined Nebbiolo as a premier Italian wine variety. Rose and cherry aromas welcome an elegant spicy style with underlying red berry fruit. The characteristic tar of the Nebbiolo variety is evident although not pronounced and the tannin structure is restrained. This wine will especially compliment savoury foods and develop further with age. Grapes for this wine are organically grown on our vineyard and completely hand pruned and hand picked.

2021 Vintage: This wine exhibits many of the fine qualities which have defined Nebbiolo as a premier Italian wine variety it is a lighter style compared to the 2019. A beautiful ruby colour with rose and cherry aromas welcome an elegant spicy style with underlying red berry fruit. The characteristic tar of the Nebbiolo variety is evident although not pronounced and the tannin structure is restrained. This wine will especially compliment savoury foods and develop further with age, try a bottle slightly chilled it may surprise you. Grapes for this wine are organically grown on our vineyard and completely hand pruned and hand picked.

2021 Vintage: Vibrant hue with classic pepper and spice characters. Complex and attractive tannins and a wonderful mouth feel. This wine will also benefit from further cellaring and was awarded a Silver Medal at both the 2022 NSW Small Winemaker Show and Canberra & Region Wine Show.

Fortified (Non-Vintage) (Six Pack): What can I say, just drink it. Fruity, sweet and delicious, a winter drop to warm you, enjoy a bottle with a cheese plate or just in front of the fire. Produced mostly from Shiraz grapes sourced from the cool climate region of Orange.

Chardonnay 2023 Vintage: Aged 12 months in new French Oak which gives a butterscotch characteristic. Hints of melon and citrus fruit. Drinking fantastic now or cellar for up to 5 years. Produced from grapes sourced from the cool climate region of Orange.

2024 Vintage: Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from Orange NSW

Fermented and aged in Stainless Steel tanks. Has a light, fresh and citrus flavours. Clean and crisp with flinty notes. Serve nice and chilled.
