2024 Vintage: Nebbiolo 60% Shiraz 40% This wines defining flavour and scent characteristics are dominated by the Nebbiolo. Slight hint of Turkish delight and ripe berries with aromas of rose and cherry. The tannin structure is restrained as is the use of french oak. This wine will especially compliment savoury foods and develop further with age. Grapes for this wine are organically grown on our vineyard and completely hand pruned and hand picked.
